Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 cup milk
2 eggs well beaten
3 tablespoons melted shortening
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Directions
Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add blueberries and nuts. Add eggs mixed with milk and shortening. Stir slightly. Pour in wax paper lined 5x9" loaf pan. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
