French Fried Onion Rings 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 onions (large)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Separate onion rings, place in bowl and cover with milk, let stand for 10 minutes. Mix flour and salt; dip onion rings into flour. Fry in hot shortening for 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning often. Drain on absorbent paper. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
