  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 3 slices fat-free ham
  • 1 slice fat-free cheese
  • 1 light English muffin

Spray small bowl with butter spray.

Add egg beater, season and microwave for 1 minute.

Place ham and cheese on top and microwave for 10 seconds more while toasting muffin.

Place egg, ham and cheese on english muffin.
