Beefy Nacho Cheese Dip Recipe

This easy-to-make Nacho Cheese Dip is perfect for game day or any time you get together with friends. It has just the right mix of flavors with ground beef, cheese, and a little spiciness from the stewed tomatoes and green chilies.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can Rotel Stewed Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • Doritos or tortilla chips
Container:Microwave Safe Bowl
Directions
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet or in the microwave; drain off grease and set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl add the Velveeta cheese, Cheddar cheese soup, and stewed tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Microwave these ingredients for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove and stir. Continue to cook in the microwave at 3 to 5 minute intervals, stirring after each until the cheese has all melted and the ingredients are stirred together evenly.
  • Add the browned ground beef and stir to mix.
  • Pour into a slow cooker to keep the dip warm.
  • Serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
