Ingredients

2 cups Panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter , melted
1 pound medium or wide egg noodles
2 cups sour cream
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic , minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Toss the bread crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl; set aside.
Butter a 9 x 13 baking dish and set aside.
Boil the noodles until just al dente; rinse and drain well.
Combine the remaining ingredients together with the cooked noodles and pour into the prepared baking dish.
Top with the bread crumb mixture and place in a 350 degree F. preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned and crisp.
Serve while hot.
