Ingredients
2 bags Success Brown rice
Non stick cooking spray
1 pound bulk turkey sausage
1/2 cup green onions sliced thin
1 can diced tomatoes with green chillies undrained
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. Lightly spray large skillet with cooking spray. Crumble turkey sausage into prepared skillet over medium heat until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add onion and cook until tender. Sir in tomatoes, chili powder, and rice; simmer 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until no liquid remains, about 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
