SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE WITH "BEEF" Recipe

Ingredients
1 package soy crumbles, "meat or beef" flavored
1 onion, cut inch half, thinly sliced (small)
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon peanut or vegetable oil
1/2 head green cabbage, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce or shoyu
2 cups cooked rice
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil, add onion, carrot, "beef" and stir-fry. Add cabbage and cook about 3 minutes, stirring. Add 1/4 C. water, reduce heat and cook about 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients, except the rice, and stir well until cornstarch is mixed and dissolved. Heat on low heat, until sauce thickens. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
