Baked Squash And Apples Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds butternut or buttercup squash, peeled, seeded and fibers removed
2 baking apples, cored and cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mace, optional
Directions
Peel squash and slice into 1/2" slices. Core apples and slice into 1/2" slices. Arrange squash in ungreased, oblong baking dish. Arrange apples on top of squash. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Then sprinkle mixture on top of squash and apples. Cover and bake at 350° until squash is tender. Serves 6.
