Glazed Carrot Coins Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 carrots, cut into 1/2 inch slices (3/4 lb) (medium)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients in skillet or pan. Cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
