Pineapple Challah Kugel Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 whole challah (old and stale is perfect)
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cans crushed pineapples
  • 6 eggs, beaten
Directions
Break Challah into small pieces. Mix with margarine, sugar, pineapples and beaten eggs.

Grease a 9X13 pan. Pour kugel into pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 45 minutes - 1 hour or until golden brown and crispy.
