Spanish Rice 58 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 pound rice
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 32 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste (medium can)
  • Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook rice and drain. Brown hamburger, celery, and green pepper. Drain. Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, and sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
