SWISS CHEESE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can french fried onions (28 ounce can)
Directions
Pour hot water over the frozen vegetables and drain well. In casserole dish, combine the vegetables with the soup, sour cream and half of the Swiss cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Take out, add the other half of the Swiss cheese and onion rings. Bake uncovered another 10 minutes.
