Sauerkraut Balls 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion (medium)
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 3/4 cup sauerkraut, chopped and drained
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
Directions
Brown onions and butter. Add meat, garlic and cook. Stir in flour and cook longer. Mix well. Add broth, sauerkraut and parsley. Cook until stiff.

Spread out to cool. When cool, roll into small balls. Roll in flour. Dip in egg and milk dip. Roll in bread crumbs. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
