SAUTEED VEGETABLES Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 summer squash (small)
  • 2 zucchini (small)
  • small red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Herb Seasoning
Directions
Wash and slice vegetables evenly, approximately 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Over medium heat, put oil in medium saut skillet. Season to taste with your favorite herbs or a table blend of herbs. Saut over medium heat to desired tenderness. Serve immediately. Yield 4 servings. Nutritional Analysis: 47.64 calories, 0.94 g protein, 3.90 carbohydrates, 1.29 g fiber, 3.41 g fat.
