Ingredients
6 Granny Green apples (large)
6 Braeburn apples (large)
1 can apple juice concentrate (11.5 ounce can)
1 lemon (large)
Water
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch cloves
Directions
Peel, core, and slice apples. Place them in a crock-pot. Squeeze the juice from the lemon over the apples. Pour juice concentrate over apples. Add enough water to cover apples half way. Add the spices and sugar. Cover the crock-pot and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or cook on low on the stove for about an hour stirring often. Cool and serve warm or cold.
