Egg Dumplings 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 T. milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
Directions
Measure flour and mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonsful into boiling broth, soup, etc.
