Ingredients
1 box elbows macaroni (1 lb box)
1 block mild cheddar cheese (8 ounce block)
1 block Colby jack cheese (8 ounce block)
1 package Kraft deluxe cheese slices
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil the macaroni in a pot until done (remember to put 2 TBLS of oil, so that the macaroni won't stick). Drain macaroni, put them back into the pot and add butter. Cut up the blocks of cheese, tear the slices and add to macaroni. Add in 1/4 cup of milk, sour cream and stir, continue to stir and cook so that the macaroni won't stick. Remove from stove, place in oven at 350 degrees, and bake for about 15 minutes.
