Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 cups Assorted cut-up vegetables (red peppers, broccoli, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, yellow squash, onions, zucchini)
1 packet Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables, cook & stir until tender - crisp. Add salad dressing mix & vinegar. Makes 4-6 servings
