Acorn Squash 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 acorn squash, halved and seeded
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
Directions
Turn squash upside-down onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until it begins to soften. Remove from oven. Flip squash over; place butter and brown sugar inside one half of squash. Place remaining half of squash on top so flesh sides are together. Place into greased baking dish so squash won't slide around too much during baking. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
