Monesta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rosa marina or orzo pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato, diced (small)
Directions
Bring broth to a boil. Add pasta. Lower heat. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add diced tomato for color when ready to serve.
