Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup WHITE WINE VINEGAR
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
Carrots
Zucchini
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Celery
Mushrooms
Directions
Mix the marinade. Add vegetables. Store in refrigerator several hours. Drain. Serves 9.
