Dumplings 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups self-rising flour (Hudson Cream)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
Directions
Beat egg, add milk and oil, mix thoroughly. Mix in flour to form a very soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling broth. Cover tightly and cook 10-14 minutes, depending on size of dumplings
