Ingredients
3 cans pineapple chunks (20 ounce cans)
3/4 cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Drain pineapple, saving 9 T. juice. Place in 9"x9" baking dish. Mix sugar, flour and the pineapple juice and pour over pineapple. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese top with crushed crackers. Drizzle melted butter over crackers. Bake 350° for 25 minutes.
