Okra Gumbo 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion, chopped (large)
  • 1 pound fresh okra, sliced
  • 1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup stick)
  • 1 can tomatoes (15 ounce can)
  • 1 potato, chopped
Directions
Brown onion and okra in butter. Add tomatoes and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
