Ingredients
1 package frozen hash browns (32 oz pkg)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup onion
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Cornflake crumbs
3 tablespoons butter
Directions
Place potatoes in bowl. Heat together soup, butter & onion. Add sour cream to soup mixture. Mix with potatoes. Mix cheese into potatoes. Put potato mixture in casserole dish. Dot with butter, put cornflake crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
