Bayou Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 sweet potatoes (large)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
Preheat to 375° . Combine all spices and sugar together in a large bowl. Cut sweet potatoes in long wedges. Rub spice mixture onto the potatoes. Spray baking sheet with Pam and place potato wedges on sheet and bake until tender, approximately 1 hour.
