Pasta with Broccoli and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ziti
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 bunches broccoli, cut into flowerets
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Locatelli cheese
  • pepper
Directions
Cook ziti according to directions on package. In a large saucepan, heat oil. Add garlic and sauté until lightly browned. Add broccoli and sauté until al dente. Drain ziti and return to pan. Mix cheese with ziti. Pour oil and broccoli mixture on top and mix well. Season with pepper to taste.
