Fresh Cranberry Cake 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cranberries
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each one. Add milk and vanilla; fold in flour, pecan and cranberries. Bake in tube pan 1 hr. and 10 minutes at 350°. Check for doneness at 1 hr.
