Apple Bread 35 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped apple
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Chop apples and add sugar. Let stand 1 hour. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour in greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

Bake 40 minutes for 2 small loaves.
