Ingredients
In a 2 1/2 quart glass bowl, stir
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
Directions
Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add one cup roasted peanuts, stir and microwave on high 4 minutes until light brown. Add 1 tspn butter and 1 tspn vanilla, mixing well. Microwave on high 2 minutes. Peanuts will be lightly browned and syrup very hot. Add 1 tspn baking soda, stir gently until foamy and light. Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Let cool and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
