PECAN PIE MUFFINS 26 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
Directions
Combine pecans, sugar and flour in a large bowl. Mae a well in center of mixture. Beat eggs until foamy. Stir together eggs and oleo; add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Place baking cups in muffin pans. Spoon batter into cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until done.
