CHOCOLATE COVERED MARSHMALLOWS 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package regular large marshmallows (10 ounce pkg)
  • 40 toothpicks
  • 1 can ready to spread chocolate fudge frosting
  • 1 cup finely chopped nuts (we like pecans)
Directions
Secure each marshmallow on a toothpick. In medium saucepan, heat frosting over low heat until softened but not runny. Dip marshmallow in the frosting to coat, wiping off excess.Let dry slightly then dip the bottom of each marshmallow in the chopped nuts. Set marshmallows nut side down on waxed paper to set up. Remove toothpicks and stack on serving tray. You can use the extra long frilly toothpicks and leave in for a festive look. Be sure and use the long ones.
