Chicken and Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts (large)
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 packet chicken gravy mix
  • 16 ounces Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 cups shell noodles
Directions
Cook Chicken in broth and water, Skim off fat. Add Vegetables and cook until tender. Simmer and add noodles, cooking until soft. Add cheese and stir until melted.
