Ingredients
1 pound lean hamburg
1 can low sodium tomato soup
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1 can red kidney beans (undrained)
1 pound shell macaroni
cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions
Brown hamburg, drain off excess fat, add tomato soup, vegetable soup and kidney beans. Fill kidney bean can full of water, add that water to the mix. Let mix slowly simmer while boiling macaroni shells according to package, and drain. Mix soup mixture to the pasta. Serve in a bowl with cheddar cheese sprinkled over the top.
