In 12" or greater Dutch oven, crumble hamburger patties in the bottom of Dutch oven. Add peppers and onions, finely chopped to Dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients to Dutch oven and stir thoroughly. Add water to desired consistency.
Place 14-16 charcoal briquettes underneath Dutch oven and 10-12 briquettes on top of oven. Cook for 1 hour stirring once halfway through.
