Ingredients
1 pound Ground chuck
2 onions (medium)
1 cup celery
1 cup carrots
1 cup ketchup
1 can V-8 Juice (12 ounce)
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup regular rice (uncooked)
12 cups water (use 1 beef bouillon cube for each cup water)
Directions
Brown beef in 2 T cooking oil. Add all ingredients except rice. Cook until tender. Stir in rice and cook 30 minutes longer.
