Tuscan Bread Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf artisan bread (crusty bread) cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 4 tomatoes cut up
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Marinate: mozzarella, basil, tomatoes, in balsamic vinegar. Drizzle 1/4 cup olive oil over bread, salt and pepper, toast under broiler, stir. Cool.

Mix bread with other ingredients. Toss until coated.

Add more vinegar if needed.
