BBQ Pork Chop Stew Recipe

Barbecue and Worcestershire sauce add a depth of flavor that makes it taste like its been cooking all day. Great stew on a budget.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops (1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 bay leaf
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place chops in shallow pan, cover with water. Add chopped onions to chops. Bake for 45 minutes.

Fill a large pot half-way with water. Add potatoes and carrots to pot. Add remaining ingredients and cook on medium-high heat. Add water as needed to cover ingredients.

Remove chops from oven, cut into cubes and add to stew. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
