Sunny Vegetable Salad 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 head broccoli florets
  • 1 head cauliflower florets
  • 1 package Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 ounce pkg)
  • 2/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup raisins
  • DRESSING:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed
Directions
In a large bowl, break up broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Add cheese, onion and raisins. Combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar and mix well. Pour over veggie mixture and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, sprinkle with bacon crumbles and sunflower seed.
