Chicken Enchilada Soup 9 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can corn or 2 cups frozen
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Place all ingredients into pot and simmer for about 30 minutes. Can also be made in crock-pot
