Broccoli Cheese Soup 24 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 - 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 pounds Velveeta cheese
  • pepper to taste
Directions
Dice and begin cooking potatoes. Add chopped onion. Cook broccoli in microwave 5 minutes, then add to potatoes and onion. Add bouillon to mixture. Cook all until potatoes are done. Mash with potato masher. Add soup, milk, Velveeta, and pepper. Simmer for 1/2 to 1 hour. The soup will scorch easily, so simmer on lowest setting and stir often.
