Ingredients
2 heads Romaine lettuce (large heads)
3/4 - 1 cup pecan halves (toasted)
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 red onion, chopped (small)
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 tablespoons water
Directions
Place lettuce, oranges, and toasted pecans in salad bowl. Combine all other ingredients in blender until well mixed. ***Toasted Pecans - place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.
