Vegetable Salad 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can shoe-peg corn
  • 1 cup red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 jar pimiento, chopped
Directions
Bring vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and water to a boil; cool.

In a large bowl, pour cooled mixture over drained vegetables.

Refrigerate overnight. Keeps well for days.
