Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef stew meat
2 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 pint frozen corn
1 - 16 ounce can diced tomatoes
3 potatoes, diced
1/2 onion, diced
3 - 4 cup water with 3 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
Put all in crock pot, cook on low 10 - 12 hours. May be put in night before and will be done the next morning.
