Gazpacho (Vegetarian) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 3 ripe tomatoes (large)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh Basil
  • Dash Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth (you may need to pre-cut the larger items so they don't clog up the machine).

Chill until serving time.
