Cranberry Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
  • Serves: 4 to 6
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 3 cups cabbage, finely shredded
Directions
Combine cranberries, honey, and celery salt ; let stand for 15 minutes. Add mayonnaise and vinegar. Mix well. Pour over cabbage, add additional salt if desired. Toss.
