Microwave Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 potatoes, diced (medium)
  • 2 raw carrots, sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons instant onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups milk
Directions
In a 2 quart casserole dish, microwave potatoes, carrots, water, butter, and instant onions on high until tender (about 10 minutes).

Mash vegetables and add salt, celery salt, pepper, and milk.

Microwave on 1/2 power for about 15 minutes.
