Apple Crisp 198 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 cups apples, peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick margarine
Directions
Place apples and water in 6x10 inch baking pan.

Sift flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt into bowl.

Cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle over apples.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until apples are tender. If using juicy apples, water may be omitted.
