PECAN PIE 182 Recipe

Ingredients
2 eggs, slightly beaten (large)
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup pecans
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Top with pecans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Good and easy -- not too sweet.
