Rhubarb Meringue Pie 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 cups rhubarb, cut up
  • whipped cream
Directions
Beat together 1 cup cake flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Mix in bowl, eggs, sugar 1/2 cup flour, baking powder and rhubarb. Top with whipped cream.
